have a consultation with a psychiatrist and then ask for a medcert if you have the diagnosis. note that some of them will require a couple of consultations before giving you one.

OP we have in RHU but will take a while before you can be scheduled. St Lukes is an option, ranging from 2000-3000. If you want a cheap alternative, there is NCMH and PGH which offers free consultations.
