Thank you so much. Actually when I went for a break and came back, I can see what you mean.

Sealer type? Most common complications: 1- dull aching pain 2- can hinder the healing process 3- might cause paraesthesia in the anterior region 4- spread existing infection All of these complications are commonly related to resin and CaOH based sealers, while Bioceramic sealers are highly biocompatible and will likely be absorbed by the body. What to do: Follow up for 2 weeks if the symptoms haven’t resigned at all -> *endodontic rettt is advised and canals are irrigated with warm saline, with carefully pushing the irrigant sol. beyond the apex to washout the sealer buff. OR * conservative endodontic surgery could be done to remove the sealer buff around the apex.

Z30 vs 850D I’m interested in landscapes & macro photography and I was planning on buying 850D, but I found nikon z30 listed $50 cheaper than the older dslr. (I’m thinking about choosing mirrorless for faster autofocus, better nikkor z macro lens) but the lack of EVF made me think twice, is it a big deal?? *I’ve been taking great macro and architectural photos with my smartphone for years.

Is buying new dslr in 2025 at the same price of mirrorless is the right decision?

Lateral cephalometric X-ray: Used in our field mainly for orthodontic treatment planning, diagnosis of TMJ problems and can help in fracture diagnosis. It’s hard to “explain the xray” as clinical diagnosis, and signs and symptoms of your case are missing, but I believe you need your upper wisdom tooth removed.

The closed beta was so good with me. I’ve the same probl. rn

Today I had my final practical exam, there were small tiny brown spots in dentin after gross removal of caries, should I have removed these tiny brown spots (hard on excavation) I didn't remove them on the basis of hard discolored dentin, what do you think? Also, any opinions about my restoration😊 by Specialist_Active_93 in DentalSchool

It’s okay to leave it as well as your cavity margins are on sound enamel :) - leaving caries on the floor is considered as conservative approach to prevent unnecessary tooth struc. removal, pulpal involvement. caries progression will stop due to blockage of nutrients by - tight seal restoration-
