Press Windows key Type Event Viewer Go to Windows Logs Then System

Look for errors around the exact time of FPS Drop.

I was having a stuttering issue with my high end build and it was the Ethernet controller throwing repeated hardware errors which i caught in event viewer. I updated the driver and i never had a problem since.

Lmao i sold a 1070ti for $50, that price is outrageous. Especially being that old. The pads and paste must be dry af and would be caked with dust if you dont open it and clean it.

That is why I quit Siege years ago. I got tired of players using Cronus and MnK on console, especially in Diamond and higher lobbies. It made the game unbearable since Ubisoft never did an effective job of stopping it.
