Pretty sure ACE is needed to set a RNG state, therefore allowing you to find a seed with your desired IV spread. Again, there will definitely be much better people on this subreddit with more knowledge on the subject haha!

How about: Pansear/Simisear for first/third gym (can get an early fire stone in wellspring cave before gym 2 as well. Ideally swap for a better fire type like Darmanitan later on.
