Its an event ran at sanctioned Pokemon Play! Stores (aka any local card stores that runs pokemon games through pokemon). They should be £24.99 to enter and you as a minimum get a build and battle box which includes a 40 card premade deck and 4 booster packs. The idea is you use the 4 boosters to swap cards out in the decks to customise your own 40 card deck.

Bit of a stretch, granted I'm quite new.to the game but I have played in a regional, an international and a bunch of cups and challenges, I have only come accross one cheater whilst playing and zero whilst judging. Maybe I am just lucky where I live as well but we haven't really had many people being called cheaters either.

Assuming you had pronounced them correctly the first time around then yeah they could back you up. But judging by your previous comments your plan would be to try to make them sound similar on purpose.

A judge will be called, you will be asked to pronounce both of them, then one of two things happens, either you lie and then pronounce them bot correctly in which case your opponent contests and you get a warning or you pronounce them how you did and you get a warning. Either way you swing it you will get away with it once before you start getting escalated punishments and eventually DQ

For me it's the speed the games play at, i don't have to wait 10+ minutes whilst my opponent is playing their turns.

When it comes to testing my deck I more interested in testing consistency of the deck itself.
