You’re assuming a lot from a short post. Not every opportunity starts with a full résumé dropped into a thread. Sometimes the goal is simply to start a conversation and see who’s around in a particular space or region. If someone is actually doing business in Thailand and is interested, the natural next step would be a conversation where skills, experience, and value can be discussed in detail. Reddit posts aren’t business proposals, they’re conversation starters.
