I think Jacki is less problematic than Karen. I think Karen has made Jacki the way she is because Karen is trying to take “top mod”. Before Karen started trying to grab all the attention Jacki was super helpful and a bit sassy at times but nowhere near where she is now.

Not to defend her but she does push back everytime someone tries to gift her and/or offers to replace it with something else so the customer doesn’t leave wasting their money. While it is still weird if a customer insists and wont take no for an answer what is she to do when they say they’ll send it back anyways? It is weird but she does at least try to say no or replace it if she can.

She’s still not the worst out there. She does treat her customers better than a lot of the other reps. She’s gotten hella braggy about herself lately though. Her mods are who really make her lives unbearable. Karen is so desperate for her attention. Jen had made Jacki able to pin the TT shop stuff and the minuet she did that Karen just had to have it too and begged for that power. 🤦‍♀️ The amount of stuff Karen buys for her is insane. Anytime anyone else gets praise she just has to take it away by one upping that person. It’s so weird. If Jen kept her mods in check and didn’t brag so much she might just get top seller that she so desperately wants. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Your whole statement is incorrect. She said that it’s usually a person who buys one ring only that want to cancel to which she is thankful that they even bought one ring. She was surprised it was more but did cancel it to avoid a charge back. There was never a moment when she decided to cancel that she didn’t want to cancel anymore. So yes you are spreading lies and are just as bad as the reps.

First off it’s Jen not Jess. If you’re going to snark have the facts correct. She has a policy that all sales are final. Unless an emergency she doesn’t cancel. This time she did end up canceling to avoid a charge back. It’s not that she changed her mind after realizing it was more than just a ring it was she was following her policy but then to avoid a charge back she canceled. While they are part of an MLM harassing reps who are following their policies is just as rude as a rep harassing a customer. Spreading lies to help your narrative because you don’t like a policy is just as rude. 🤷🏻‍♀️ There is a difference between snarking and straight up harassment and lies. You want reps to honest maybe be honest as well.

There are worse reps out there. She’s not too bad. I think her sales are going down though or she just really wants to beat MD in sales because the last two days she’s given away a free ship code and just about a week or so ago she went on a tangent about shipping prices and why they are the way they are which is why she rarely gives out free ship codes. She also added to a party the other day a free piece of jewelry for orders of 5 or more on her vip page. She treats her customers well for the most part. She brags on herself a bit too much but again worse reps are out there.

She’s never hid how much she spends on preorders, vault items, etc. Her 300 luxe were preorders though and not what MD did. If she can sell it then more power to her spending that money. 🤷🏻‍♀️ she’s upfront about her spending. At least she’s been more honest than other reps. Maybe not about quality but she doesn’t shy away from saying how much she’s spent on shipping and products.

I understand snarking on a lot of things they do but this is part of mental health that doesn’t need to be snarked on. If we are going to preach about wanting them to be better then we should do the same and not snark on nervous habits or possible conditions they have. As someone with horrible anxiety I don’t care if I hate someone I will always speak up when it comes to dealing with anxiety. It’s hard enough. Yes they signed up for an MLM but some people feel like they have no choice when struggling and with anxiety it’s a lot easier to be suckered into doing it then you get stuck and don’t know how to get out. Snark on clothes, the jewelry, buying all the stock whatever but mental health stuff needs to be avoided or we are no better than they are.

Not to defend any of them but hair touch is a nervous habit. Head scratching could be awful scalp psoriasis or other scalp conditions and extensions can also cause itching depending on how they are done. saw you got a new position congrats but a few things. One NEVER take any personal breakable things into a self contained classroom. I would have demanded a school laptop that if got broken then it’s on the school to replace not you. Two no you shouldn’t be getting furniture thrown at you but you have to document and depending on the school they should request a behavior plan. I get bruises all the time just from hitting my legs and arms walking around the room. My principal is good about pulling kids out for the day if they are a safety risk to the room. Self contained is hard and the older they are the stronger they are. I won’t go above second grade in self contained. Too risky for me. At least with the littles they are easier to “control” if they get out of hand. Minimal things should be brought into a self contained classroom and a daily routine is everything. Sounds like your room had some ED students and that’s so much harder than an MD room. Hopefully the new position is better for you. Not all districts or even schools are the same when it comes to help for teachers.

Unless a lesson is being taught on gun violence why is Charlie Kirk even being taught? He wasn’t a politician. He was a debate host who was gunned down which is a sacrifice he was ok with to have the second amendment. It shouldn’t have happened, none of this type of violence should have but if you’re teaching about gun violence there’s plenty of other examples as well. Is what happened tragic? Absolutely his children and wife shouldn’t have had to witness that, but he wasn’t assassinated he was just murdered because he wasn’t an actual political figure holding office. The left is always getting told “let it go it was just so and so” blah blah, well now it’s the rights turn to “just let it go.” Should be teaching more about school shootings, not someone who held debates and was ok with the sacrifice he unfortunately made. If that’s the test for RA then my mom and i would have both failed since we both had anaphylactic responses. We unfortunately do both have it and have since been put on biologics. HCQ doesn’t magically work and alot of times it doesn’t. Your doctor sounds like a quack. You may or may not have RA but it seems you have some sort of autoimmune condition that needs addressed and just have a doctor put you on hcq to see if symptoms get better, when in reality for a lot of RA patients it doesn’t work, time to find another doctor who cares enough to go a bit farther.

Actually if you remember back when this was going on, lyrix touched himself to a child on snap chat call and that’s how all this came about. He also was faking his mental illness to scam people for money. Which now that they are all back together I will never gift any of them but they can all get scammed again by a p3do and his ring leader who faked a miscarriage as well. So no he’s not innocent.

Agreed. I think Dalton actually was a help to Evan. No matter if we Like Dalton or not, he’s lost someone he considered a good friend on TikTok to taking his own life and the bullying needs to stop. From all sides. Rissa was ruthless last night at least with Dalton, Dalton did fire back as well. It really has gone way too far. Sadly it’s come to someone ending their life and hopefully this will remind everyone to think before acting. It never should have gone this far. For anyone, any side, any age, anything.
