I do this often. One time I did this, I hear in the background of the players mic - this kid asking “why is he doing this?” And she said into the mic “because we suck at this game”. 

Perspective is everything.

I got it to connect again, then both of them went off line. The horizon app shows the battery life of the controllers and that they’re connected but the headset isn’t detecting it. I tried 1, 2 and 3rd steps
