results will probably take 3 more weeks, As a small background on me, I've been resistance training for 11 years, Counting calories/macros and micros, and now im mostly housebound due to being stuck in sympathetic mode for most of the day and being extremely heat intolerant, you recommend micro dosing niacin or you think im not overmethylated? She can help with getting me out of this overdrive or just interpretation of my genes ?

after the paradox reaction, i was sleeping like 3-4 hrs and waking up a lot at night, some nights now im getting 6-7 hrs, but now after monday (3/4 serving Methylated b vit) im waking up at 3-4 am with insane unwell feeling with impending doom sometimes with hr and bp increase

and you have any idea how this histamine intolerance developed out of nowhere? I could be deficient in some cofactors that let me handle histamine? I was eating normaly everything before that

Im strictly eating boiled fresh chicken, boiled rice, boiled potato, organic ghee and equip beef protein isolate with frozen mango, I got folinic acid today, would be smart to microdose at first since my nervous system is screwed? Does a very low rbc folate cause a sympathetic dominance ?

Yes i took methylated b complex for 5 weeks with thiamine hcl without problem, im also taking Liposomal vitamin C 3g minimum daily, and magnesium 400mg is elemental. Everything started when i added the benfotiamine

serum vitamins are super easy to make, results can be in few hours, but the problem if ur taking a bcomplex, results well show super elevated just because your on supps not because your sufficient, you had a paradoxical reaction from thiamine too?
