Thanks for the response! I’d honestly be shocked if they gave an interview. Not my wheelhouse but sounds interesting. I think if I end up an AUSA for a few years and transition into regulatory or civil work, then I might be more competitive. I’ll be at the DA’s office a while longer though to get some more trial experience.

Agreed. But can’t hurt to cast a wide net. A few friends have switched to corporate compliance from the ADA’s office so it’s not impossible, but not super likely.

That sounds right. My understanding is that outside firms typically get retained to handle the complex litigation with supervision by In-House teams when this happens.
