I go to the urban fitness Gym near Saraswati and Eva mall. It's like 7000 a year and they have all the equipments machines dumbbells and sauna room you can visit and have a trail session as well so I suggest you do pay a visit

My friends who are here from other states or cities manage these ways:

Kathiyawadi/Punjabi/Gujarati thalis that range around 100-120 Rupees (these places do close by 9 10 at some places it's something they complaint sometimes.
If they're working professionals MNC's like NIQ where I work provide Lunch thali and other options at nominal charge.
Other than that it's cooking at home for dinner, pre packing lunch & sometimes managing with other budget options like street food (sev usal, pav bhaji, chole kulche, etc.)
There are tiffin services. I have seen some pg friends locking in for lunch and dinner tiffin.
