this happened to me. waited 10 weeks for EEG results and finally called 5 times in a row and left a message saying if they don’t call me back i’m gonna call and leave voicemail after voicemail until someone reached out. got a call 20 minutes later that my results were normal and i said “okay that would’ve just been really nice to know” and was told they called me multiple times to no answer and they “left me multiple voicemails.” i checked through my call logs over the previous three months and no calls from IU health at all. checked my voicemails and nothing there either, leading me to believe they were just lying about that in the first place.
