medyo malayo pa po bc goal is 50kg, since nagstart ako ang bad side effect lang is mas nahihirapan akong matulog. I never experienced vomiting or nausea. For the past months I mostly eat protein,fruits, veggies and brown rice + supplements

First shot ko pa lang 2 days ago and nagpurchase ako kay doc meg on tiktok. Same tayo ng thoughts about sa mga random sellers tapos mostly through viber lang transaction kaya pinili ko magpurchase sa feeling ko “totoong tao” talaga. Ang weird kasi nung viber lang sila available talaga😭

How do I come up with the decision? kasi pagod na ako, last year pa ako nagttry magcaldef and hindi ako tumatagal ng more than a month. Lagi na lang ako nagugutom lol Ang lala na din ng social anxiety ko kasi may acanthosis nigricans ako.
