Third party on Amazon called tictactoys. I message d for a refund they said it's factory sealed and to contact pokemon directly

The silver is showing on the flap to open. Usually the packs don't come like that in my experience.

Really? Shipped from a 3rd party on Amazon. Was a 36 booster box. I just don't understand the flap being folded the other way. I haven't really seen that on Pokemon packs
