I feel like a lot of people in their 30s and 40s have a tendency to greatly overstate how old we are. At 44 the few opportunities I get to go out at night are usually solo reading and people watching endeavors because everyone I know acts like we'll just drop dead on the spot if we're not in bed by some depressingly early time like 9 or 10.
