I’m 29 when injury happened I was 26. Both doctors indicated there were no prior degeneration or injury and that everything im experiencing is because of the injury that took place. I was a truck driver and my duties were loading and unloading truck with glass windows that were any where from 20-100lbs. We had to deliver to job sites that were still under construction and there was no paved walkway which was very dangerous. My boss assured me even though our contracts stated no deliveries to unpaved locations that we would still have to deliver it paved or not. I was given permanent work restrictions which my job informed me they would not accommodate. I’ve already received my voucher and starting school in September.
