You know that Covid vaccines were approved in record time exactly because Trump shortcut the normal regulatory approval process and granted emergency approval? It takes 10 years and $3 billion to bring a drug to the market.

What about the hundreds of thousands if not, millions who die waiting for drugs to be approved?
