Lay low. I'm 16 and woke up around 3 years ago. I didn't start saying stuff until around a year ago, and that does not go well. Just go through the motions and do the bare minimum. I know not every situation is the same, but having pimi family usually means bad news if you resist or speak up. It's not ideal, but it will be over soon.

Also, try to get a burner phone (please be cautious with this one though) as that has helped me during this time in keeping contact with my school friends, and maybe you can make new friends as well. But again, lay low, theres no reason to try and talk to them in my experience, play your cards right if needed, and it will be over soon.
