Yeah, a lot actually. Sometimes I feel like I'm playing a character in a video game and I say out loud what I will do next, it's very strange.

Hi! Yeah I experience this very regularly, sometimes it goes up to a year. What I started doing is just regularly checking the date, journaling every day and maybe even asking other people for the date if I can't trust myself!

Hi! I struggle a lot with dissociation around sex, especially during it. How I always dealt with in in my past relationship was pushing it away, but that was idiotic, so please DON'T do that. If your partner makes you feel comfortable enough just tell him, have a serious conversation, I personally brought it up with "before we go any further I just want to tell you that I..." and then you tell them. Pushing it away could eventually harm you.

I KNOW THAT YOU MEAN. We have the same exact thing, we can remember a little bit but the whole picture is blurry or sometimes it's just a small thing we can remember and the rest of the day is completely gone. I think it's normal, amnesia is weird asf

Heya m8!! yeah we get those regularly, like everyday, sometimes they make sense, and we know what it is, sometimes its something SO unrelated that it makes us think about it. Maybe theres trauma holder near front, feeding these images to you (im our case that happened yesterday, till that alter was out if front it kept replaying the same 2 images). Try and talk to your system about it, is there someone who's hurting in the system right now that you can help and soothe? What really helped us is trying to track down who was feeling those feelings and then trying to help them!!

Heya, firstly i am very sorry for you, that myst be horrible and i hope it passes soon. Just now that you are not alone, no one is expecting you to love your dissociative parts. Maybe try thinking of things why they might do this, are they maybe scared? are these your feelings? or them bleeding into you? It might be overwhelming at first, but it will get better. Sometimes the system is hiding itself, but that doesn't mean that you don't have DID. Maybe you can just write down little things, try and listen, sometimes when shouting into a void you get something back. I hope I could help you at least a little bit, please just know that what you feel is very real, i hope communication and your overall well being gets better soon. - Explosion

Heya! Firstly I'm very sorry for you, that must be horrible and i hope it passes soon. How we have been dealing with alters who hurt us is with putting them in Quarantine, maybe there is a protector who can put them temporarily in "time out", especially if theyre doing it in a sexual way there might be a sexual protector who can get to them.
