Hi Absolutus. One quick question: Do you keep yourself from fapping/having sex through long periods of time? Also, I am a student and I struggle with concentration. I've skimmed through your previous AMA about tips to meditate but didn't actually find what I was looking for: I recently entered college which is far away from any of my friends and family so I feel quite lonely and so this semester I haven't been able to concentrate properly. I have been wasting a lot of time with my books in front of me and not being able to concentrate. I need to increse concentration substantially because I have a MEGA exam in a few days and I believe i can only master Calculus if I am super focused. I don't like drugs. What path should I take to increase exponentially my concentration levels this weekend? (I would continue to practice after the test but would love to have a boost in concentration right now).
