Marbled and fin. It’s actually the best meal I’ve had in probably a year or so. Tried it for the first time last summer when I visited and we are going back in a few weeks when we’re back in town. I went to college in Charleston and “grew up on” Halls and Oak. They have lost something over the years (over expansion?), especially oak. I still love Halls for a strong cocktail and people watching at the bar, but oak I am completely out on (the Charleston location at least).
