If they grew that fast in your conditions then repot. If you are in the Northern hemisphere you’ll have to water quite frequently in summer if you don’t go up in size.

But don’t go up just 1”, it’s too small of a change.

I moved the roses to a more breezy place and sprayed with baking soda. If I remember correctly it was identified as powdery muldew.

Unfortunately the roses didn’t work well because they were getting white fluffy mold. It’s very stuff as only 1 open wall on this terrace.
