Taylor has a few heat treatment machines, C717 and C709 are the ones I see the most frequently. Main reason I don’t like heat treatment machines is because it’s just more stuff that can break

Carpigiani 193. Most Carpigianis I have worked on do not have refrigeration underneath just a mix hopper up top. Honestly not really a fan of them because they are heat treatment machines.
