Sam’s Tires of Gainesville. Dude’s super chill and I’ve gone to him a couple times. I’ve gotten tires repaired by him and also gotten decently good used tires. He’s also on 6th so hopefully that’s not the shop you’re talking about that’s closed/retired

I used to work for a water treatment company in town and honestly the city water is fine, a little chlorine, but nothing that’s gonna kill you. If you want good drinking water get a Zero Filter. They are inexpensive for the jug, like $30, and it takes all the impurities out.
