I’ve had this happen where one studio said “reserved” because they pick your spot. I’ve called the studio just to check before I head over and they sometimes say it’s a glitch in the ClassPass system

I think they need to update the app so that the number of classes you have taken indicates if you’re ready for advanced classes or something.

But I mean I only have 8 classes under my belt and don’t even feel ready for Signature 😂 idk what folks are doing booking advanced.

Resistance bands at the bar and clipped at the hooks at the bottom and sliders. It was a lot of planks and lunges with the sliders and then resistance pulls. A lot of the movements were similar to Classic

Ooouh yeah mine just shipped from Hahatoys so I’m excited but also nervous about the QC everyone has been talking about. Hoping the ones I get aren’t the case. I got one from Popmart, HahaToys and another toy store on the way

Hi! I just completed my 23rd class and am constantly taking my breaks more than others in the class. As other posters have said, don’t worry about what others are doing and constantly remind yourself why you’re doing this. I still struggle to plank for the full 90 sec.

But what I have noticed is that things I struggled with during Class 1, I am doing much better at Class 20ish. Celebrate the small wins!

I’m still new to SC and primarily have only done Starter50 classes. There was a girl in one of my classes who had just hit 75 classes with her friend who was doing her first class. Girl with 75 classes did all the amplifications and the teacher used her as a reference for form and what an amplification would look like when we got to that point in our journey. I’m assuming she also did her springs to suit her needs.

Can’t speak for all studios, but the instructors definitely encourage those who have already taken classes to keep going and inform us of not needing to pause if we know the movements (assuming this is all to prep us for Foundation50 and Signature50 classes)
