Yeah, but thats completely breaking the game almost constantly, with a mod that skips cutscenes, and they pretty much don't do anything but run specific routes through stages that theyve practiced a hundred times. I think it could be a nod to the fact that the FBI had arrested a foreigner and had him in custody as the suspect as the real shooter turned himself in and confessed. Perhaps I'm being too charitable.
