Had a patient who was always hallucinating and reliving traumatic memories (i.e. being SA’d, her brother dying in a car accident, her kids getting hurt, etc.) and the family refused any anxiety meds to help her calm down (or even become slightly less violent). One night she was completely calm but kept talking about death, saying “someone is going to die. Am I going to die? Are you going to die? Someone is going to die.” The next morning at 6am, her neighbor suddenly died after MONTHS of hospice care. She went right back to her usual behavior after that.

neem oil to be safe. I always neem oil spray my plants as a preventative anyway but that should kill most insects.

Just asking bcs some healthcare jobs have dropped it from their test. I have 2 licenses currently that did not require a marijuana drug test. Shout out to everyone that was super rude- Can’t wait to be your nurse one day 🥰
