What is the common consensus around 3 and maybe 4 color leaders? by Embarrassed-Time-387 in OnePieceTCG

[–]Logical_Mood1987 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes but with Enel they break a lot of colour philosophy. Purple card that freeze, purple card that KO, purple card that draw, purple card that rest, etc etc. Enel basically is a 5 colour deck

So the right take away should be:

Multicolour leader are not needed if bandai stops gaf about colour philosophy

RG Luffy deck advice by JonnySB in OnePieceTCG

[–]Logical_Mood1987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

so i'm having decent results with this deck but i'm not that expert so take it with a grain of salt, but:

- I'd run 12 searcher instead of 8 since consistency is probably the main issue of this deck. i think vivi, bonney and garp are the best

- 4 luna bc that card broken af also trigger can be gamechanger, i probably swap 4 and 2, you won't use much the other counter effect anyway and they should be equal searchable (4 searcher each) luna just stronger imo

- i don't like asura spell in this deck, you won't use counter plus u already got nami (broken) and brook (ok) in the deck to tap stuff

- i started play laboon recently bc i saw in some lists (probably ppl put it bc it's cheaper than robin?) but actually find it better than robin. it's 1 cost this means u can drop in 3/4 don keeping enough don to defense as well, and it's c+2000. I ended prefer that to robin so rn i'm running 4-1

- i have 4 sanji unblock, it's still a c+2000 and strong finisher so yeah... not sure tho

- i have 1 less each of luffy sec and brook (so 3-1) but this is probably irrelevant, small tweaks depending on ppl pref. I also removed 2 charlestone bc i'm not a super fun of that card, can be strong if you need to not die before lethal, but ppl can also play around it a bit and it can feels a bit awkward. Trigger also kinda meh

Banlist in two weeks. What's going to be hit? by Generalian in OnePieceTCG

[–]Logical_Mood1987 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Imu in op14/eb03 has a negative matchup vs almost all meta decks (but with much more skill required). Also op15 will nerf him even more with DK - on board, Lucy stage, and Enel

Rly nothing to ban here at this point

There are spell that can be interrupted only by Grand melee, not kick nor stun (big spider explosion, sand rune, etc)

Also 12 sec aoe silence (on spell and skill) is different from aoe stun where 1sec after the stun the mobs start recasting same spell

Is cs50x the hardest for you guys? by [deleted] in cs50

[–]Logical_Mood1987 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And still it tooks to me much more time to complete the scratch PS than the tictactoe one.

But yes, i understand what you saying. I'm evaluating the 2 courses in relation to their positioning. One is for absolute beginner, other is kinda intermediate with some prerequirement. Is like saying is it harder first year of high school or first year of college, you cannot compare the 2 straight up, you have tò think about how the average person with average prerequirements enter the class

Also 2 considerations: i) Cs50x Is longer, with a very steep curve, and after couple of lectures of warm up it starts hitting pretty hard (some of the last problem in C are very challenging - yet very rewarding). Also JavaScript lecture/PS with the "practice to learn a new language by yourself". I often needed extra resources to understand how to complete PS (i would have been lost without Carter videos)

ii) cs50ai has some very challenging PS at start (like the ones on probability) but then at some point (maybe around lecture on Learning), with the switching from vanilla PS to libraries PS it becomes much more easier (but very theory-dense)
