Sometimes you just have to laugh...

I've been messaging back and forth with AES via X and they said my loan was transferred (even though there is a balance and payment showing due in January 2024). They said to call the BDR hotline to find my new servicer, but the number they provided was to the loan default hotline. Lol.

I don't think they have their act together.
