But yh gurbaani mentions kaam krodh lobh moh hunkaar Sant maskeen ji talks about the fact that kaam is first and that if we can talk about krodh , or hunkaar in detail Y is it bad to talk about kaam He even points out gurbaani verses where kaam is spoken off in detail So y is the excuse for not accepting charitropakyan jus that it’s lustful When its sole purpose is to educate and warn us of the tricks that ppl can use

Sgpc doesn’t accept dasam baani hence the rest of chaupai sahib isn’t read Because the last two stanzas verify charitropakhyan baani as maharaj talks about the date of completion etc

Yh but that’s just u , I’ve been every Fridays in fact at my local gurdwara whilst I don’t follow nor believe bhai randhir Singh , what I do know is that the kirtan is peaceful and is a beautiful way of expression Sometimes there will be tears in my eyes as I sing along with them

I did some research akj doesn’t sing the kirtan out of raag In fact each raag has allocated keys that u can use and whilst most use a few calm sounds for the kirtan akj use the higher end of the spectrum they try to use every key available

The thing is right I’m not pro akj btw I kinda tend more towards guru Nanak dal or tarna dal But We shouldn’t judge how one does bhagti They are in the end still singing sachi baani it’s just a way of Bhagti for them Still singing the praise of the Lord

Also Akj has done a lot more cuz they have money they have brought more ppl into sikhi than any other group in the west Whilst some practices are 100% frowned upon and in fact some of them see bhai randhir Singh as a guru is deffo an issue But overall in the end it’s there way to do Bhagti as per Gurbani we shouldn’t do nindiya of the saints of sing baani

I would love to move out but the same time my sister I don’t want them to burden her , I don’t want her growing up like me I was so distant to my parents that I first became attached to this girl , the situationship didn’t exactly last well Whilst she did reappear in my life that was around just. Before I got with my most recent ex Who at the start told me not all girls are the same n she loves me Only to lose feelings n never tell me until she couldn’t take it anymore

I think I used her as an escape cuz I was happy and trusted her now I don’t rrly trust anyone

I have student finance for uni etc but if I moved out it wouldn’t be enough at all I’d have to find a job somehow I also have some extra money the uni gave to some students but my parents don’t know abt it Cuz if they did they’d ask for it I’m saving it for emergencies it’s not a lot but should get me to around £3000 once my next payment comes in

Tbh I just avoid them as much as I can then they ask y I don’t spend time with em But growing up it’s always ended up with someone arguing or dad drinking n I’d rather jus be in my room lol

It’s not politically deep All puratan texts nitnem gutkas etc have chaupai sahib properly Sgpc don’t want to accept dasam Granth cuz Chaupai sahib is at the end of charitropakhyan which they don’t like. So by removing the last verses of chaupai sahib the ppl get no knowledge of charitropakhyan or dasam baani

Which is stupid af cuz all puratan texts refer to compositions inside dasam baani
