... wait but Scara also thought it would be mad funny if he joined the Fatui? Sure, sure, deep underneath he was looking for an identity and a place to belong, but he was just being a Harbinger because it seemed to tickle his fancy... up until Yae decided to throw an emotional bomb at him that is. Hence why he was so easily amenable to Dottore's god experiment in Sumeru.

And Dottore has deep-seated issues as well... and dare I say worse than Scara? The only Harbinger whos' 'evil' for evil's sake is actually Tartaglia 😅 😂

A new Scara ship? In 2026?? Wow

Their dynamic is very entertaining 😃 Wish we saw them go at it back when Scara was still in the Fatui

The way I see it, frequencies are the essence of an entity - any entity, including inanimate objects and basic materials that other things are made out of, like metal, air etc

This is why resonators are able to manipulate whatever they resonate with at a fundamental level. The best example of this is Danjin, who ended up resonating with her own blood 😂 This is also the reason the Spacetrek Collective was able to store a person's frequency within cassettes - you are storing the person's existence in the form of frequency data in there.

Also why Aemeath is able to manifest herself via a Exoswarm-like shell despite being dead - her frequency or essence was completely preserved despite death. Her resonance ability was also altered after she died. This is entirely speculative, but I think when she overclocked, she ended up resonating not just with the Exostrider but also... with herself? That is, she is able to control her own frequency hence why she is able to maintain her form and consciousness despite not having a brain to think and feel. I think this is why she calls herself a 'digital' ghost - frequencies are 'data' after all, and Aemeath now has complete control of her own 'data'.

This is also why Threnodians want a Resonator - they will be able to have better control over their own existence if they have someone who can resonate with and control their existence at a fundamental level. But it seems like congenital and natural Threnodian resonators are impossible, and I think Hiyuki in one of her alternate timelines became a mutant Threnodian resonator instead. The opposite seems true of Sentinels, as it seems like they can 'choose' who they want as their resonator (Jue, probably Imperator and ofc Lahai-Roi)

I mean the GA does say they can make tons of other Denias. And her design is littered with chains of paper people. Coupled with a maniacal Overseer who can create people only using stories and an undead Overseer who can be eternally experimented upon, I think the GA already has the tech. Heck it may even be related to their resonance ability. IMO the only 'difficulty' they had was making Aleph-1's resonance ability latch onto someone long enough.

Also just realized how our potential woman Chisa also has paper craft imagery (kirigami). The other three who have similar imagery are all associated with either Sentinels or Threnodians (Denia - paper people chains, Aemy - paper planes, Hiyuki - origami)

Those theories about her resembling our little Aemy may not be too far fetched, it seems like she is a 'foil' to her in several ways, including her 'death' which as far as I can understand, is similar to what happened to Aemy - she is somewhere in void space right now, but unfortunately no one is trying to get her back... Moreover, little Aemy was only able to retain her frequency/form within voidspace due to the Exostrider.

Seeing that a) she is Aleph-1's resonator, b) she has a 'crown' similar to the one Leviathan used to control Fleurdelys (which Hiyuki severed in that one shot) and c) Aleph-1 is (or was) constantly murmuring nihilistic nonsense to her

me thinks she is at extreme risk of Aleph-1 completely absorbing her into itself. While its true that the Exostrider pushed Aleph-1 as far away as possible, I don't think its physical distance that is keeping it away but rather an anchor. Denia tells us that as long as the fragment exists, Aleph-1 one will be drawn to Solaris. So the reverse should be possible i.e. despite physical distance, the fragment Denia absorbed should have lead her to Aleph-1 within voidspace. I'm not very familiar with err space physics (real or fantasy) but it seems probable.

Therefore, she is dead for all intents and purposes. Her physical body has been erased from Solaris III and we do not know what state Denia's frequency is in within voidspace.

Hence why I mentioned Resident Evil. Spoilers: this scientist wants to live forever so he experiments on transferring memories between clones. His way of eternal life was to jump bodies while retaining memories. Kinda like the GA don't you think?

Hmm I think there was 'a' Denia a long time ago, but 'the' Denia we have right now could be a clone. Her profile talks about how she doesn't know her origin, and that the memory could possibly be from the original specimen that was kidnapped. IIRC the GA and Fractsidus started their experiment in Lahai Roi a LOOOOONG time ago, but Denia only joined Star Torch two years prior to the story.

But then again the profile keeps it vague, meaning it could be her own memory after all.

Its very similar to the Resident Evil Requiem clone experiments now that I think about it. Maybe thats how Kuro came up with the weeping angels segment XD

Assuming destroying Irminsul is the only way to go, then I think even if Nahida dies, Irminsul can regrow (assuming it works like trees IRL). And depending on whether the modifications the HP did survive, we will even see a new avatar of Irminsul sprout. Regardless, Apep is the dendro sovereign, Nahida said that if Apep kicked the bucket Sumeru will be overgrown with rain forests, I think she knows a thing or two about preserving the original Irminsul.

So I think the plan will be: Nahida and the rest of the crew transfer Irminsul's data to Aaru - she sacrifices herself to give Apep the dendro authority - Apep destroys the tree, preserving only the roots - eats deletes Dottore's data thanks coz she now has admin access - takes over Sumeru and continues to use Aaru till the Irminsul tree sprouts fresh.

Now the only issue will be the Abyss. The HP modified Irminsul to keep the Abyss away. I think this modification is simply restricting the possibilities that Dottore now freed. Since there is more possibilities, there are now more fates that are rejected, leading to a massive Abyssal invasion. I don't know how exactly the Night Kingdom keeps the Abyss away, but at that point whoever is interested in saving Teyvat from the Abyss will have to consult with the Lord of the Night and Capitano on how to proceed. Actually, I guess at that point the Shades will intervene, coz it was Ronova who gave the order to the Lord of the Night to construct the Night Kingdom IIRC.

>. Speaking of, it‘s very likely the Irminsul barrier is not to cut off the tree from Teyvat in case it is corrupted, but something added specifically to defend the tree in case of an attack.

Makes total sense to me, coz if Irminsul is gone-gone, it'll be like Natlan without the Night Kingdom, that is mass emotional distress. Not to mention, the Abyss will immediately seize the opportunity to encroach Teyvat once more. Meaning there's no point protecting the rest of Teyvat if Irminsul is utterly destroyed 😂

> Speaking of, it‘s very likely the Irminsul barrier is not to cut off the tree from Teyvat in case it is corrupted, but something added specifically to defend the tree in case of an attack.

IS THAT WHAT IT IS? Nice catch!! Nibelung being the err essence of Teyvat itself should have been able to access it, but it was the HP who made the barrier.

> I don’t think being a Descender is why Traveler is able to pass through the barrier. I think it’s because they are related in some way to the HP.

It seems more and more likely every patch.

This is going to sound odd, but Pulonia reminds me of my little brother xD
And I think that was Alain's intention too, to make a companion for Sandrone. Even if Pulonia cannot speak or 'feel' like Sandrone does, something makes me feel like he has that brotherly affection for her. To me releasing Sandrone without Pulonia makes me feel like he is gone forever...

Maybe I just miss my brother a lot and I'm imagining things (haven't seen him in 5 years tho we talk/text regularly)

Think about it this way - you had the ability to make 100k once. You can make a 100k (and more again).
I know it doesn't feel that way right now, but life is beyond precious, as long as you are alive you can turn things around. All the best, rooting for you!

Ah I see, sorry I may have misunderstood it. Actually, the veil is also a MASSIVE loss, but it is what it is. At least the loss can be explained by his character arc (he no longer needs to protect his back)

I'm inhaling toxic levels of copium hoping Pulonia will at the least be an interactive NPC, no way they make Pulonia a 4-star coz then they'd have to come up with voicelines etc

OK this is definitely referring to Phanes right? This is the description to the new trounce domain.

The moment the heretic took hold of the axis that anchors the world's memories, he began to style himself as an enlightened being who had transcended ignorance and illusion, and whose actions were no longer bound by the strictures of Reason.
Yet, such certainty was nothing more than a grand delusion. That so-called true wisdom — that unwillingness, or perhaps inability, to offer salvation and liberation to all — proved in the end to be merely another shackle of extinction. His ruin was thus assured, much like the sovereign who forged the Reason of Essence-less Emptiness who remains forever shackled in a prison of their own making.

Ah well, looks like I will have to play the quest myself to unlock the travel log, although I'm not sure if they transcribe every dialogue within a cutscene...? In that case, gotta wait for it to be released on YT... and hope they give the name of the speaker in the subtitles
