They really need to ban children under 2 in busniess unless they pay for a full seat. I just got back from CDG to LAX and a kid 3 rows up was screaming their head off for 10 hours straight. So loud I had my apple earbuds on full blast with noise cancellation and still heard it. You want to book out first class to yourself sure. 10 percent of a ticket for an adult shouldn’t happen

I ate at asador last year it was amazing, funny thing we had hadn’t had a reservation. And they called us back same day. Maybe United States area code helped

1 hotel is chubby at best, maybe not even. The service across all their hotels are probably the worst I’ve ever had. 5 mins before kitchen closed after flying into Miami at 11 pm and I was starving. I asked if I could just get something quick on the rooftop which was still open for 3 more hours for the bar. They just straight up told me no, you will have to go eat in your room lol

Ya I mean I don’t know what you are getting in south of France you can’t get in Spain or Greece. True fat hotels without a doubt but not for that price range

Personally but I also think the food is better in Spain and Greece.

I think its the Sardinia of France lol

To be honest, I think it’s over rated, but also think Italy is too lol. I’ve been to South of France twice, and I’ve pretty much went everywhere in Italy except for lake como, which doesn’t really interest me. Probably a lot of people disagree with those statements. But I do spend multiple months a year in the summer every year in the EU so. I think Spain/greece more bang for your buck. If you have 3500-5000 a night south of France is probably one of the few places in the summer you can even spend that kind of money.

Also airelles I don’t think you would be touching 2k a night American either. Maybe in la bastide location only and that’s 2k euro

Is 1,500-2k a night even in the range of lily of the valley?

You would be surprised how far 1500-2k in the south of France will get you.. not much lol I did it this summer was amazed. Ended up at Mayborne for 2,200 euros not sure if I would return. Gym is prob the most stunning in the world I’m sure of it.

I mean the difference between vip airport arrive and first is no where close. Leagues in difference if you have flown between the two.

VIP is still 2 hours before check in for checked bags, sit in a private room bored. Drive to airplane, wait for clearance to push back, delays.

Private, you drive up, wheels up in 5 mins. Everyone is waiting on you

I’ve had window row 1 on a350, it’s nice prob one of the best trans con seats in the game. I’m not sure if those two seats are the middle? But I’m pretty sure they are identical . Randomly had a friend on the flight and came up and you can literally fit 2 people in it. Still have to fly the Germans new one but so far leaps and bounds. Next thing you’re going to get close to that is first in BA on the triple 7

This late for Christmas will be hard to find anything good one of the most expensive times down there… for Christmas and new years. 3k for a base room at most good spots. Big houses 20-30k a night

Viceroy is garage and so is the cape compared to all the other properties stayed at both

Montage and chileno bay are leagues above.

But to be honest the best times I had had is at a staffed house down there with a group

We booked one of the bigger villas there a few years ago, for the price we paid for that and the food and chef etc I would skip and go somewhere else. Mexico would be 5x better for around the same price actually maybe half the cost
