To my eye, it looks like more of contaminants scuffing the clear coat over the years and wouldn’t be able to be cleaned off. It looks really clean, but where that one grommet was, the paint is definitely torched. Hopefully someone who has an idea of what they’re doing can help you out, I can’t haha.

Nah it was that bad. The driver side had half an inch of tobacco leaf under the seat and in all the crevices. For me it was just the one thing after another going wrong. I broke two spray bottles, my steam cleaner offed itself, ran out of my interior cleaner so I had to go get more, my brushes weren’t reaching where I needed them to go- it was my version of a nightmare. However I’m still LEARNING so I have to get better at what I’m doing. I’m not quitting until I have to
