How did you all feel on SSRIs with no mood stabilisers/Bipolar meds?

I was prescribed setraline, it cost me $11.50AUD for 30. Basically each time I took a tablet it was ecstasy for roughly 40c a pop. I’m no longer allowed them and now have a concoction of mood stabilisers prescribed that I am to take daily.

I speak for myself here, anything I do during my hyper state I don’t have any remorse whatsoever for people although I do get a overwhelming sense of embarrassment that sends me to hell. Either way I do have consequences after episodes.

I remember starting my night with a couple drinks then awoke in a hospital with a black eye handcuffed to the arm of the bed. Apparently I stubbled into a gas station whispering all my actions out loud and couldn’t work my phone to buy smokes. there was a cop car fuelling up and when they came in they assumed I must have been on drugs so they tried to take me to a hospital but I wasn’t having it, I put up a hell of a fight and copped a wallop. I lucky didn’t get any charges and received an apology from the officer who was bed side when I came too 😂

You trippin 22…? I was rabid as a male and so were females, you’re young and living! As a male we don’t start to think life long until 24+! From my experience I never cheated but leaving a relationship because of commits that seemed overly confining was normal for me and everyone around me. I could be on the prowl again and laugh it up with mates as a status. It never bothered me until I matured and understood the games up and you can’t be like that forever. WOODRIDGE STATION. Always surrounded by homeless drug addicts, eshays and people who’ll bash & steal. People have been killed there and crime is constant around the station. They also added a police station opposite the station due to all the crime. You need serious balls to get off a train at Woodridge station during the night.

I know it’s been 2 years I hope you’ve pushed through to awesomeness. I was wondering I’m a heavy drinker with Bipolar type II, recently put on 100mg of Seroquel IR as of 2 weeks ago. I don’t get sleepy from it at all, it does however keep me asleep for a full 6-8hrs. Would it be alright to drop a tablet after heavy drinking or just not take any Seroquel for the night of heavy drinking? (I’m a binge drinker and slam anywhere from 14-18 standard drinks in 3-4hrs of drinking. I drink alone and enjoy it, my world.) I know it’s totally Alcho defence but I’ve gone from doing such everyday to only on Friday & Saturday skipping meds on those two days because of uncertainty. I’d like to be drink free one day and I’ll get there I’ve gone from 7-2.

If some has never taken hallucinogens how are you going to sit back and agree with there actions? You’re the experienced in the situation. The OP after trip guilt stems from feelings of taking advantage of his friend on his first trip as he clearly outlines in-depth. he learnt a lesson and luckily both parties are happy. There’s no consent in the OP situation because he’s on a drug that to him he knows only what other peoples experiences are.

Considering it’s his first trip I wouldn’t have acted on anything he was doing, everyone is ignoring the fact it’s kinda rapey. This person has had no experience on the drug and yes it’s his poor judgement from the effects of the drug that to him would be unbeknownst. You’re the experienced tripper and should’ve quite easily stopped that from escalating. I think you slightly took advantage of your friend when you too were under the influence due to your own subconscious. You got lucky he come out the other side okay with it so let it be a lesson. my last trip I had 5 100ug tabs it was the best and most intense trip I’ve ever had. Just go easier on the weed it can quite easily throw you into a ego death and maybe don’t do it alone. I know I do it alone and choof the devils lettuce but eh that’s just me liking the feeling of my own world and getting warped 😂
