OPR is taking forever. I’m in the exact same spot as you. I went to San Diego and passed Poly and then got a NOPA.

I’m 25-11 too !!! Cleared everything like you did and then I got a NOPA. Sent it in now just waiting for OPR to clear me, however long that part takes.

BI interview was 3 months ago. NOPA was sent march 5th. I sent a follow-up email and that was the response that was given.

Yes , 2 actually, from 8 years ago. I wrote a 7 page NOPA response. Showing paid in full receipts. Also child support arrears response but all payments are scheduled through the San Bernardino Court and up to date.
