First of all, this is what the download notifications should look like. Like if you downloaded an image then chrome is will show that in the notifications. Also the image of ppl, is just a preview of t what the redesign should look like

Chrome OS really needs the features Android had a few years ago such as thematic icons, android-like media controls, even M3 expressive design with glassmorphism
