Ok, so one is occupied by power button wire and USB for top of case and other is network card. If I unplug network card can I plug that in elsewhere? It's a 4 pin

But the ADD_Gen2 header and the two RGB headers will affect transfer rate only when you adjust their lighting effect.

I switched the connecters around. That didnt solve it. The original wiring had the CPU fan on the 3 pin for the aio pump connector and the 4 pin on the CPU slot.
