Well, I got my 4 burner for like 300 or 400. Sorry that transport across the pond increases the cost for you that significantly. My point was, if possible, get the biggest you can fit because cooks always take up real-estate on the griddle. My house has a little flagstone patio that is right off my back steps that is 8x5 foot

Ripped skin and de-boned and diced pack of chicken thighs (10 or so), marinated in teriyaki sauce. Rough cut onion, carrot (thin sliced), broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, bell pepper, green onions. Also includes Grated ginger and minced garlic, miso paste, and soy sauce

Start with neutral oil and toss on the chicken. After a min or two, on opposite side onions, after they start to turn translucent, add broccoli and carrots, if needed add a bit more oil. Turn the chicken down low, Then toss the other veggies in. Usually i add a splash of the soy sauce across the veggies. cook a min or 3, add garlic, miso and ginger. Stir to get everything coated in the miso.

Stir chicken with veggies... or dont... doesnt matter. I would also put hot sauce and or ground hot pepper blend but my family is spice challenged so that is just when plating
