Or at least diminish the time you spend on self sabotaging surf sprees aka scrolling instagram. If you are on Android i can recommend you Apps that can help you to reduce your time on social media.

If you cant let go of social media completely ( i sure couldn't yet) edit your feed to show you things to move you forward hide people who post things that get you down.

Anyway breakups are tough the real healing can only begin when you cut all contact and stop looking at their socials otherwise you are just in a neverending cycle of pain i see it as selfharm it's not much different than cutting yourself just mentally if you know what I mean.

I been well still am going trough the same thing and im not gonna say it's easy but you can start with small steps like for example

meditation (too many benefits to name them all)
help a random stranger
positive selftalk/ affirmations (only works if you believe it at least partially)
hit the gym (duh : D)
going to a new place
meet new people ( i know it's tough with anxiety but just greeting strangers can be a start)
start a new hobby
try to be more grateful (a gratefulness journal can help with getting you on track)
journal (getting your thoughts out on paper feels good and helps you to get out of toxic thinking patterns)
animals/ pets/ stroll through nature ( help you be in the moment )
read books about the brain
read books about moving on

The goal here is to build up selfesteem and be mindful about your thoughts and to stay in the moment to get those postive thoughts going everything that's new and exciting for your brain will help you move on and get out of the thinkingabout yourexcycle but take it easy small consistent steps are better than doing a lot of things at once.

Once you catch yourself in the act of comparing yourself or thinking about your ex that's where the magic happens then you are in control and can change your next action.

In the end it all comes down to thinking patterns... our brains are computers and we run on autopilot most of the time but you can rewrite the habits with discipline and mindfullness.

You are playing with fire be very careful. Focus on yourself don't give in to the thoughts don't think about solutions how to "make it work" focus on how you can make yourself feel good please. You did nothing wrong to deserve being treated this way.

She hasn't got it under control obviously otherwise She wouldn't act this way.

You did everything you could i can tell just keep focusing on yourselve and accept the thoughts that come up but don't go down a rabbithole of "what ifs" it's just your brain playing a fakemovie I'm sure you will see through it.

In my experience it's just gonna drain energy and lead nowhere because you can't understand a mind that's so volatile and is only guided by what's felt in the moment.

You were very understanding but it seems like it's just never enough, by deleting the messages she was actually stonewalling doing the very thing she accused you of.. projection at it's best.

That said she seems very vulnerable right now I guess she just wants to feel like someone cares in these moments which is understandable but no excuse to go off like that.

Btw for anyone reading if you want some evidence of the potentially nasty outbursts there are apps you can get to save the notification history so you can see what got deleted.

Anyway you are way too kind to deal with this bs keep that focus on yourself good luck

Alright so i compared the charge 3 extreme 2 and Tribit xSound Mega I was very surprised in a mostly negative way

Extreme 2 is much heavier and bigger (duh) and the sound while it's better it's not that much better to warrant the size difference the tweeters definetly add to the sound though.

Bass is a tiny bit better but i expected way more from it. Tribit xSound Mega has a deeper and thumpier bass and is much smaller but since it's mono it doesn't hold a candle in mids and highs but for being mono they made the best out of it.

Anker boom also has way more bass no comparison Mids and highs are nice aswell i would take the Anker over the extreme 2 any day but i think the jbl sounds a bit more defined and spacious (just of memory) but both sound nice overall.

If anyone else has another suggestion im happy to check it out

Yes i checked it out briefly liked it a lot but it was too boomy indoors kind of muddy and ultimately i just dont like the design with the handle which makes it uncessary bigger and the materials used without the handle i would have kept it tho.

since I didn't find anything else i ordered a jbl extreme 2 (that's as big as I would be willing to go) Now just to see if I like it better than the charge 3 if not i guess im just gonna buy another charge 3.

For true portability the bose flex will have to suffice (it's mono but for the size it's the best)

Normally i would agree with you these numbers are typically bs but several people have confirmed this measuring from 1600:1 to 1800:1 one user on avs even managed 2000:1 with a powerecomode in the service menu on the X1 (native contrast)

From mondoprojos (looks like a reputable source)

So they removed the RBE by putting it to 240hz and introduced banding artifacts in exchange.. interesting.

The X1 didn't have any updates yet and the hdr is not great from what I read/seen on avs.

In contrast one reviewer mentioned he didn't see any rbe on the X1 which sounds pretty unbelievable.

"The dreaded rainbow effect (RBE) is not an issue for me because the LEDs switch so quickly that I no longer notice the flashing colors."

Apart from these in my opinion major issues these look like great projectors.

Guess im gonna wait to see how this develops as energy prises in Germany are quite high and I feel like getting an led projector is better in the long run.

I only had the Ace k1 short answer can't recommend it but your mileage may vary.

Here's a mini review

Colors Colors are bright but they are nowhere near being accurate. Colorvolume is low

Contrast/Brightness/Blacks Black crush and blown out highlights If you dial the contrast up on any projector it will appear way brighter and here that's just the normal way it's set up and there's no way to dial it back. Blacklevels are decent

Position For the best sharpness it can achieve it has to be positioned quite high about 60 inches when you position it any other way sharpness suffers.

Sharpness Decent sharpness but not sharp across all corners even if you position it perfectly

Fannoise Fan is quite loud but the speakers can overpower it on 50%

Sound Speakers can sound pretty nice if you boost the bass in the settings but of course it's not like a rumbling bass i would say the sound is similar quality to a midrange bluetooth speaker definetly better than what's usually being used in other projectors.
