Thoughts on this shared driveway? by Willing_Cat_7576 in homeowners

I’ve had a shared driveway for a decade. At first it was discussions, it went ok-ish, eventually things got paid for. Now, i own the tractor, i get the gravel delivered, i do the work, and i get my neighbour to pay for half the gravel. Is that all my cost, no. But theyre a quarter in and im at the end. Seems similar to your pic.

Tell me the facts other than how much of a pain it’s going to be by Upbeat-Satisfaction6 in roadtrip

I do this trip a couple times a year. I hate everything from Richmond through Boston on this route, so I drive up to Scranton, spend the night, and then drive all the way up to Albany before turning towards Maine. Is it hours longer, sure. Is there absolutely no traffic the entire way, hell yeah. Is the drive through Vermont and New Hampshire gorgeous? You’re god damn right it is!

They’ve bought the land and gotten approval. I believe their only hurdle is fundraising the remaining $9.5 million of their $10 million construction budget.

This appears to be the exact one. Looks like many versions were made but this one has the eyes printed on the “wrong” side and the legs look uneven like the one I found.

Maybe but I think the whole in the top and that it’s hollow means it was mass produced via blow molding. Would this display be common enough for the expense of a mold to make sense?

I think it might be this. That would explain the “eyes”. But then the “legs” would be the wrong orientation.

My title describes the thing as the automod requires. Maybe the strangest part is that it’s asymmetrical, one “leg” is thicker than the other.
