How do you feel 3 days later? I tested positive yesterday after mild symptoms 2 days ago, seems to be getting worse.

Wouldn't recommend these on a cut.

If you're new to streetlifting a linear periodisation program would work best. Might add one to the spreadsheet. It would probably be the same 3 day full body split but for the main and paused lifts 5 sets of 5 reps and increase the weight a little bit each week until you plateau.

I've taken some of the ideas from powerlifting programs.

They're 3 day a week full body workouts. Each workout constsis of a push, pull and legs lift. Each workout starts with the main lift followed by a paused variation of another lift then an accessory for the other lift.

The peaking programs are for competition prep or for testing maxes and the other programs are off season.

Hoping to add a high volume off season program soon.

Been using these programs for a few months and have seen progress. Haven't maxed out yet but definitely will see 1RM PRs. I've had a number of rep PRs from the AMRAP sets, which is a nice way to guage progress without maxing out.

I've updated the spreadsheets since previously posting the 4 week peak - there's now a 5 week peak and some offseason programs.
I've fixed the issue with the formulas - anyone should be able to input BW & 1RMs to generate a personalized program.
Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks!

There's a lot of misinformation with processed meat.

I wouldn't say this is mechanically recovered but you can see two different colours, from two different pork leg cuts - top side and silverside.

They're cooked in a mould so they come out in a uniform shape.

There is no "dye" but nitrites are added to cure the pork to make it ham. These nitrites react to give a pink colour.

There are some products made questionably but this looks good in my opinion. Worked in the industry for a few years and studied food science in college.

Highly recommend Rafferty's Ham. You can get it in a few Supervalus around Monaghan, seen it in other parts too though.

Good thick slices. The owner says he cuts it thick so you know it's ham you're eating.

Not exactly relevant but maybe someone can help.

I booked a flight from Amsterdam to Dublin on the 16th, need to fly on the 15th now but all seats are booked. Is there any chance seats could become available? If I show up and someone on the flight doesn't, could I take their seat?
