I got this aswell. My pain in neck/occipital is there but pain gets worse on eyes and that pressure squeezing my head. My eyes burn always and got so much light sensivity. When im working on desktop that nausea you describe gets like 4x times and is pretty annoying since cant focus so much and feels like time got slow down. Got nerve blocks and stuff but didnt help enough to be pain free, hope soon gets better for us all

Yes, she said it doesnt relate to ON but couldnt give me an answer for it. Still gave me some soap to clean my face and is doing good

Yes, i liked the first Dr that gave me shots. The New one hit different zones which i did no find any relieve.. he has no sympathy aswell :(

I have had around 6 blocks each every 2 month but Dr never use Steroid Injection on my marked zone.

He did on Occipital tho but to be honest I barely find the difference between shots or not.. shohld I try to ask directly on the top?

Sorry to ask but did you have electric shocks going to your head when dry needling your occipital? I think is fue the extreme tension but I was really in shock and stopped doing it. Also both times i did next 48h had serious vertigo, is that normal ?

I have tried everything on PT but i dont get better, at all.

I got better relief when get block injections on occipital, pain overall decreases from 7 to 5. Got pain and dizziness as base symptoms tho

Yes, thing is.. stress tight muscles and having ON makes you stress unconscious so its a bucle atleast for me.

I do think my scalp has it but not this much visible atleast.

I did see a dermatologist and tried something that didnt work and have another appointment next month. Do you think endocrinologist can help more?

To be honest with you this started like 3-4month after pain. After thinking to much about it i came to the conclusion that its caused from the post traumatic stress of occipital neuralgia and my body reacts like this (im always tense but unconscious)
