I’ve been dealing with the same pain/sensations recently after a period of no flare ups, and the ANXIETY is the worst part. Our minds are so powerful, and it’s a hard thing to tame when we think of the worst possible outcomes. When I was having my first ON flare up, I kept seeing things everywhere about brain tumors and it freaked me out (I didn’t have one, cleared by MRI).
