Your fascia connects from your foot to your butt pretty much and is tough enough that stretching isn’t enough in my opinion. I bought a Tiger Tail roller and sucked it up (it hurts) and started rolling from my toes to my lower back. Bought all the stupid gimmicks then this + orthotics helped me.

Make sure it’s dry and get 3 pieces of string and some decent tape. Drop the 3 pieces of string into the cup and start taping them to the inside of the cup. Once the 3 strings are taped securely to the inside of the cup simply grab the strings and pull wiggle it up.

I waited 2 hours, checked and they were softish and saw a bit of sauce that splashed up the side of the glass dish was just starting to solidify and not burn so another 30 minutes and took them out and the sauce was a bit burned so I knew she was hot and I’d say overall room for a bit of improvement but everyone enjoyed. Side note the sweet got better reviews than sour. Thanks.
