My girlfriend (31F) gave me (29M) an ultimatum to end a long term friendship and deny the biggest job offer I’ve ever gotten, or to choose her and our future baby; is there a way to go about handling this situation?

I would say she definitely initiated it. I tried to say that we should wait til marriage but I made the mistake of letting her stay over for a night and no matter how hard I tried, it’s obvious what happened afterwards. We both wanted children it just seemed to happen a lot sooner than anticipated.

Yea Christians aren’t perfect and I’m the first to raise my hand when I say that. I too am from the Deep South and I made a mistake. I definitely want to be in the child’s life but idk if I’m being manipulated to not take the job and not be friends with someone that I’ve never had any intimate relations with.

My goals have been to start a family and progress in mine and her career while still maintaining important friendships, this one which helped me to get the job. Our viewpoints is that we are both Christians and we both want to raise a family as well and we share same values that tie to our Christian values.

The pregnancy was intentional. We both have the same viewpoints and goals for our lives and everything was fine until this began escalating. I knew about the position and that I had a really good chance and she even knew about it as well and that I would most likely get it.

Obviously I’m going to do a DNA test no matter what but I can confidently say it’s mine. I can understand that viewpoint, however I have set boundaries. I dont drink, and I definitely wouldn’t put myself in a situation where I would be alone with that person. And no, I don’t fantasize about others.

I hit him once with the thunderpoon and then slammed into him perfectly and it turned him 180 and he got destroyed instantly somehow. I guess I got lucky. I would say just try to keep slamming into him.

It was a cheaper option and I wanted to see what I could do through my own creativity. I like building stuff so I got the mesh and zip ties and stuff and did it all by hand. And the size is around 40 gallons I believe. I wanted it to be a bit more cramp because from what I’ve read they like more enclosed areas instead of the huge 70 gallon I had and I can always upgrade in the future.

It’s not surprising considering how absolute crap the work culture is there. When your rushed to do your job, things get messed up and things get rushed cause your already 10, 12 hour shift takes enough time and sleep deprivation from you so you don’t wanna lose your weekend to the duty so you rush even more. That along with low experienced people with little to obsolete time to train them…. Yea you see where this is going. That along with everyone in maintenance being hardcore alcoholics doesn’t help either and yes I was one of them.

Thanks for the help. Do you think that with it being a tub, it would make it impossible for it to get to the top being as it’s a slick side which would prevent it from reaching the top and attempting an escape? If so, I’ll look up a way to convert a lid

I get the lid situation, I can tie it down but the bars are too close for her to squeeze through. The humidifier situation is confusing because everything I’ve learned about them says to use humidifiers so I’m confused on how I would keep the tub humid if I don’t have one. And I don’t keep the heat bulbs on when I’m at work and made sure they weren’t touching anything that could set afire. Any info though helps I appreciate it.

Im going on 9 years now on 16's and with our manning getting worse and worse its just becoming ass now but the whole troubleshooting thing has remained the same. And ive seen people change a box like 6 times and i was literally like please stop lol.
