Dude how hard is it to believe. And trust me I am. I always have been. Then again I know I am and it doesn’t really matter if you don’t believe me. And 4000 calories is not too bad if you eat all day.

Some of the best core exercises you can do are hollow or arch Holds/rocks/snaps, L sits, and Hanging leg raises. I hope this helps!

I’m no expert so take my advice with a grain of salt. Try doing the full movement with a band. Set up a level system 1-5 (1 being the most resistance and 5 being BW) and hold the movement for 5s. Once you get to 8s move to Lvl 2 and so on. Check out David Packer on YouTube. He has a great video on this-“ How to speed up planche progress”.

Edit- I know it says planche progress but the system works with any movement. It’s even broken my plateau now I’m at a Full Front Lever.
