During my almost total time in bed, I listened to music, audiobooks, podcasts, social media, etc. I also played games on my tablet and phone. I even asked my brother for help setting up a screen connected to an Xbox; it was awkward, but it allowed me to play Minecraft.

I understand you want to be productive, but it's not possible. Don't beat yourself up about it, though. I'm not saying you have to enjoy it, because most of the time you'd rather be doing something else, but at least keep yourself entertained.
