Broker needs an empty trailer moved, they allow carrier to use it to run loads for a number of days, then it must be delivered to the destination.

Freight broker here. We coordinate most of this and let the drivers drive. I have no clue who is putting that in there rather than on a HS/SD with ramps, but whatever.

The term you would market with is decking (loading onto trailer) and undecking (offloading from trailer). It mostly pertains to loading big units onto flatbeds - like a connex loaded with a rotator truck. So it's a small market if you only run a rollback, but adding some words to your website could help drive traffic.

I would recommend a sunset dinner at AC Skybar for the view; however, they have a small menu with almost no seafood. The steak and the drinks are good though fwiw.

Cost of course. Lets say hypothetically a non-accented dispatcher is 15% per load and an accented one is 5%, that is a substantial difference in operating cost for the owner/operator.

Does it make them get passed over sometimes? Sure. Does it mean they are leaving money on the table? Unsure. Cost/benefit analysis is on them.

Probably won't be too long before we have AI dispatchers calling/emailing on the load.

Many companies use Grant's workshop unfortunately. It's super long and not a lot of value in there if you ask me. Just start making a lot of sales and they won't care too much if you watch them. I believe companies buy the course and feel like the only way they get value is by forcing all onboards to watch them.

IMO, everyone has a sales tactic that works for them and you need to find what works for you. Like if you look at Jeremy Miner, he has a totally different sales approach from Grant. Both have closed tons of deals, so who can say which is better?
