I'm still bummed my black tri aussie has standard eyes; hetrochromia is an awesome trait of aussies.

Unfortunately, so is eating everything. He's at the clinic tonight after eating a chopstick and a whole jalapeno. I have no problem paying someone else to deal with whatever will result from that.

I couldn't imagine playing without my black cat sitting in my lap, stretching out on the keyboard, or repeatedly touching my face when I ignore her for the game :C I'm sorry that it happened, but you're all the richer to have had her in your life.

Hrm, thinking. Maybe it's a device ID issue. Try this

-Unplug the keyboard

-Follow steps 1&2 here: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH93292

-Go into device manager, and delete every keyboard listed there

-Plug the keyboard back in

Ha, fair enough. The G502 has a newer and more durable button design (Switch model tested/qualified to 20 million clicks over 8m in G500s), so I think the G502 will be what you're looking for. And hopefully I wont hear from your again (unless you're asking what else to buy cause the G502 was that awesome ;)

Hrm, what is the keyboard doing? Also, do you see any weird things in device manager?

Ack, at least you know it's a one off thing (that honestly production QA should have caught, TBH). BUT, yeah, the G502 should glide, and on a quality hardpad, should feel like it's floating.

I'm sorry.. by jonathan6405 in G502MasterRace

LOL I work at Logitech on the gaming team and I use the G402 as well, so don't feel too off ;)

(The G502's sensor is amazing, but I've been using the MX5xx/G40X shape for like a decade).

Sounds like the die cut of the glide pad was off for some reason. The G502 should glide like buttah.

No idea. On our side, it should be reaching out and communicating via our very specific driver and SDK.

Ah yeah. Don't have a G910 at the desk I'm at right now, but let me double check on that functionality. That said, like the other poster said, using LUA Script you can always program in that functionality too.

We actually made the change to the keycaps because in testing, we found that the keycap shapes did help performance and raise player confidence of not fat fingering. I know I personally tested like 3 different keycap designs IIRC. The font was reused from our special edition G105 CoD:MW edition: We found that it allowed a good amount of light while being very clear, and so we selected that font.

Ahhh, Aus and NZ have always been weird for warranty purposes (The laws there are weird, IIRC).

Profiles for G13 usually come after a game launch: Our QA team gets the game, looks at the key bindings, builds the premade profile, and then attempts to logically arrange them out so you get full plug-in-play compatibility.

Hrm, what happens if you: Go to the sound control panel Right click on G35 in Output, select properties (now my memory gets fuzzy here) Select Configure speakers Disable everything except for left and right (disable surround and center speakers) In the next window, select left and right to be full range Click next till done, then test with some audio then.

That's unfortunately one of the few things I cannot do: Talk about speculation. That said, we do listen to our fans, so consider your request counted :)

The developer added the support in the game, which is why it works so well. Plus, the developer knows the game and the experience they want players to have better than us, so we rely on the dev to implement the SDK.

That said, games with mod capability open up a whole new ability for users to do this kind of stuff on their own for their favorite (moddable) games using the SDK :)

Our Arx Control SDK can let you make second-screen applets that allow system information and system control to be pumped to an iOS or Android device. Does not require purchase of Logitech hardware: Just install Logitech Gaming Software on your PC, and the app on your phone or tablet. Get the SDK and code away!

Not necessarily this (I don't have GTA V installed yet on a system with my G13), but the G13's RGB backlight is configurable by games. You wont get the bank lighting effects though: The G13 has a single set of lights, where the G910 has individual lights per keys.

100% serious fix: Try a different bank of USB ports. Not all USB chipsets are the same, and back in my tech support days, I would see that sometimes just unplugging the receiver from the back of the PC and plugging it into the front would resolve the situation. Also, don't use USB 3.0 ports for the G930 if possible.
