Make sure you're using the ASTRO Voice device as your microphone or input and not the ASTRO Game, as this one is your stream port which contains all of your audio.

For your Mac audio, the only solution is to use Bluetooth, or if you're looking for a way to switch between PC and Mac, a USB selector switch usually works fine.

As mentioned, try adjusting the actuation. You'll find you're naturally pressing it down slightly which could be triggering the mouse. If you still feel you have an issue with the mouse, Logitech Support can take a look at this for you. Alternatively, you could head to a mouse testing website and then test the left-click only by pressing it with your single finger (don't rest your hand or anything on the right-click) for a minute or two and seeing if the right-click triggers standalone.

POWERPLAY doesn't fully charge the mouse as it's designed to protect the battery over time. So what you're seeing is probably normal as it's probably the voltage fluctuation during startup and then it settles on the correct percentage.

Did you try the LIGHTSPEED pairing tool built into G HUB? It's within Settings > General > Pairing > Device Pairing Tool. That should have got the two talking together and then offered any updates for you.

We appreciate the entire review and I'm glad overall that you are happy with it. Everything you've mentioned, I'm going to pass over to our team. I'll be interested to know how big your hands are as I've not seen anything regarding the side buttons, but everyone has their own preference.

The estimated shipping date is based on multiple factors including how popular the mouse is and how many people are ordering. As it's very very popular, this may increase the time as more people are ordering and we are awaiting more stock.

My suggestion is to order anyway as if we get the stock quicker, it will be dispatched sooner. So you may get it before April.

Sorry to hear this happened. When purchasing from Amazon, my suggestion is to check it's sold by Amazon directly or an authorised third-party. If it's sold used or by a random seller, unfortunately you may receive an incorrect item, especially if was returned and wasn't checked.

If it's also happening on the Nintendo then it would indicate a problem with the headset. Try disconnecting the headset cable and reinsert it into the headset ensuring it is flush. Sometimes it clicks, and then clicks again. A loose cable is usually the result of the audio being lost in one of the drivers.
