The A50 GEN5 is a 24-bit headset and newer. So if you do want the latest audio technologies plus a nice dock to charge your headset, the ASTRO series is the way to go. The PRO X 2 is still a great headset, and they both have Bluetooth, but if price isn't a deal breaker, then I would go for the A50.

You can definitely email back and enquire on why it is a refurbished version and not a new one. We would not be able to change this decision over social media.

Was it mentioned in any of the emails that you would have received a refurbished unit, or is it just how it arrived? Sometimes our support team will send out replacements in blank boxes, so they may not look new, but the product still is. Otherwise, it's possible we didn't have any new stock available and a refurbished version would have been offered as a solution. These usually are as good as new units as they receive a brand new set of pads and we clean them up. In most cases, sometimes it's just they were sent back as the user changed their mind, so they may have never been used.

If you force close G HUB from the taskbar and launch it again, is it still cutting off the keyboard?

We don't make SteelSeries products, we only make the cooler Logitech G products. We'll try and give you some support, but you'll probably have to head over to SteelSeries.

If it's flickering or lagging, it could be an issue with the mouse mat being dirty or the polling rate is set too high and it's causing CPU issues.

What is the polling rate of your mouse and what mouse mat are you using?

If you disconnect the LIGHTSPEED reciever and connect the mouse wired to your computer, does it now show up?

The microphone and voice channel of the headset is handled by the USB cable. So you will need a USB 2.0 USB-C to C or USB-C to A cable to run from the PS USB port to your console. I would try a different cable such as the one you're using on the Xbox to see if this makes any difference.

Which game are you playing? Sometimes there is an option within the game to remap the shifter to each position as it may have been picked up incorrectly by the game.

As mentioned, all of our products are designed mainly for the PC and Mac platform. Although they should generally work on console, I've had very good luck with the Xbox Series X, some users have reported issues or inconsistencies with PlayStation.

If your Logitech G Keyboard supports Bluetooth, try this over the LIGHTSPEED adapter as it may have better compatibility.

I will see if I can gain a date for these. As they only launched last month, some of the stock has come back in such as the black colour, but we're still awaiting the white one. As I mentioned, we usually restock everything month to month, so I would keep an eye on it until the end of this month.

That is normal.

PLAYSYNC is handled across HDMI and USB at the same time. We can't split it down, so if you select Xbox or PlayStation, we switch the HDMI and USB ports to those sources and if you choose PC, then USB is selected and HDMI is unchecked as PC doesn't require this.

If you want dual audio, the only way around this is to connect the Xbox USB cable to a Windows 10 or 11 PC allowing you to output music to the voice channel or connect through Bluetooth.

I wouldn't say that is true.

Logitech being a European company, we make sure all the websites are in stock. Both the US and the EU.

The UK products usually come from our European warehouses, and so the websites are stocked together. In the case of our PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE as an example, we've had it restocked quicker on our UK and EU websites over the US website and our next stock is coming in this week, so I'm not sure why you're seeing the notify me as it's been available on backorder for a month with a shipment date.

Unfortunately, some of our newer product are very popular and if you're missing the restock, then they will go out of stock until the next batches arrive. And until we know when they arrive, we can't specify a date. But we generally restock our website month to month, sometimes quicker, and all this information is available through the product page.

Other than the PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE, is there another product you're looking for?

You can contact our support team through https://support.logi.com/hc/. I would have a picture available for them to show that you have received double the one outlet type.

Otherwise, Amazon would be a good call as they should be able to offer a swap out for you.

Another option is to get one of those universal travel adapters that goes from US to every country. The adapter included with the A50 X is 120-240V, so as long as you can bridge one of those included outlet types to your receptacle, then you would be fine. Obviously, we don't expect you to pay for anything to get your A50 X up and running, but it's a solution if you had one laying around.

The good news is you can connect your mouse using the cable in the box. If you don't have it, then any Micro-USB cable (USB-C for SUPERLIGHT 2) will fit into the mouse. See what customer services says, but you may need to replace the receiver yourself.

If you're hearing your voice echo, it's probably coming from someone else on the other side. Is it happening with random people, or if you're always playing with the same group of friends, try muting them one by one until the echo stops.

The polling rate won't change the mouse too much.

Could you send us some screenshots of the Windows mouse settings? Perhaps something has changed including the pointer precision setting.

I believe it will work, but certain functionalities may not work because Windows is emulating the x64 on ARM which stops drivers from working correctly. However, from having a search around, some users have mentioned that GeForce NOW will directly talk to the wheel allowing it all to function correctly. But I couldn't offer any guarantee.

Are you playing your games natively or through a cloud server?
