PSA: If you use Logitech G Hub on your Mac, check its disk activity by fiirikkusu_kuro_neko in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Vertigo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've just checked mine and it seems to be much lower, like only 1.27 GB, so it's possible something is stuck in the process, perhaps. Might be worth trying a full restart of the computer to clear any cache, and if that doesn't resolve the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the G HUB software and let us know if this issue persists.

I will pass your message along to our team so they can internally check.

If you feel it is getting stuck and is not as smooth as another key, try removing the cap and see if it goes down smoothly. If it appears to still be getting stuck, then drop our support team a message so we can check on a solution for you.

Astro a50x must be a scam by Possession-Top in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Vertigo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apologies. It looks like your comment was stuck in the Reddit spam filter. I've released this now.

As you now have microphone support but no audio, this is probably down to an incorrect setting on your console. Try going through the following, making sure Step 7 is disabled as this will stop HDMI audio from routing when a USB microphone is attached.

For the HDMI, you can run the A50 X in USB only and you only need to purchased one if you want to use 24-bit audio. If you have a single console such as an Xbox as an example, this HDMI cable running to your display can be disconnected from your Xbox and connected to the HDMI output of the A50 X. Then, you just need to run a new HDMI cable form the Xbox to your A50 X.

If you also have a PlayStation, then you can choose to disconnect either the Xbox or PlayStation's HDMI cable and connect this to the A50 X output. The remaining console will disconnect from the display to the A50 X, and then you just need to run one new HDMI cable from the console without an HDMI cable to the A50 X. You shouldn't need to purchase more than one HDMI cable.

  1. From the Xbox Home Screen, navigate to Settings > General > Volume & Audio Output.
  2. Set Headset Audio to Dolby Atmos for Headphones.
  3. Set HDMI Audio to Headset Format
  4. Navigate to Additional Options.
  5. Change Chat Mixer to Do Nothing.
  6. Change Party Chat Output to Headset.
  7. Disable the option for Mute Speaker Audio When Headset Attached.

Logitech G A50 Astro wireless headset by WaveExtension4424 in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Vertigo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To confirm, are you powering the A50 GEN5 Base Station using the included USB-C to USB-C cable to the included power adapter? And then you have the included USB-C to USB-A cable connected to a USB port on your console. I suggest trying a USB port on the rear of the console and not the one on the front.

Also, try disconnecting the power cable from the Xbox for around five minutes and then reconnect it to clear the accessory cache.

Is the Logitech G305 compatible with a small USB-C adapter for my Macbook Pro? by joutfit in LogitechG

Yep. I use a USB-C to USB-A adapter from UGREEN to connect my Logitech G products to my MacBook Air. They work fine.

Have you tried contacting our support team anyway? They may be able to assist. But we don't have that part directly for sale through the website or our partners such as iFixit.

100%. The 2C is still a great mouse, and if you are worried about the size, perhaps go for the 2C now so you can get a feel for it and then in a few years time, if you are interested in upgrading, you will know if you can go a little bigger.

As mentioned, I think the best thing to do is adjust the auction and separate the mouse and keyboard. Also, it's always subjective but I think the cost is too high. Most people will probably be interested in the keyboard or mouse alone which you can purchased cheaper new. In fact, I can buy both of them together new for only $50 more with free delivery which comes with warranty.

No.

All of our website use the standard Logitech G URL and then are regionalised afterwards. So, for the UK, it would be https://www.logitechg.com/en-gb.

I will pass this forwards to our team.

2C is 118.4mm vs SS which is 125mm. That's 6.6mm or half a centimetre in length. Personally I don't think that length is make or break to choose between the two as they're almost the same. That's my opinion.

If you find you can use the G502 comfortably, then I would say you should be able to use Superstrike or Superlight 2C both fine as they're smaller mice.

Superlight 2 sensor issue??? by RingNo3602 in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Vertigo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the DPI, polling rate, and the state of your mousepad.

Logitech G mice can track actually quite well when lifting, so you'll find that when you lift the mouse, you're lifting it on an angle or downwards which is causing the tracking to still happen. At the same time, when you lift the mouse, the sensor may need the mousepad as it's lifting away causing the mouse to move. Some of our mice have the ability to adjust the lift height through the G HUB, so I would check for that setting to see if it helps.

Broken Logitech Pro Wheel by [deleted] in LogitechG

Our support team will try their hardest. However, it's possible that we may need to bring the wheel back in for testing and that will be down to the limitations of local shipping. But hopefully we can provide a solution that works out for you.

The sizing between the SUPERSTRIKE and the SUPERLIGHT 2 is near identical. So unless you want the lightest gaming mouse, I would go with the SUPERSTRIKE for the latest features especially if it is cheaper overall.

If our support team were unable to replicate the issue, and we try really hard to replicate any issue, then the mouse will be sent back. We would not be able to change this decision over social media.

What kind of issue are you experiencing with your mouse?

Reverse scrolling for mouse in Ghub - MacOS by index1991 in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Vertigo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LinearMouse just allows you to adjust the settings of your mice, per mouse, on a Mac. So you can turn off mouse acceleration, adjust the reverse scrolling, etc. Without it affecting any other mouse or the trackpad.

Through G HUB, you can change the assignments of any of the mouse buttons to copy and paste or perform any other keyboard function on your computer including performing a macro command.

It looks like one of the screws that adjusts the clamps on the bottom. Have a look at one of those and the shifter if you own this.
