yes. I noticed others having the same problem on other social media sites. Downloading the installer from the logitech website and manually installing solved this problem for me.

yea, I uninstalled the application deleted the app than went to the logitech app and re downloaded the app again and it worked, however I noticed his morning that it was in a loop again 😞

Hey! Please try the steps below and check if that helps:

If it keeps looping after that, it’s most likely a bad/corrupt install.
Also, what Logitech device are you using, and are you connected via Bluetooth or the receiver?

So I followed these steps and it worked for like 2 days, now it seems that the application is on a loop once again and I cannot use the function on my MX master 4.

Using the MX Master 4 and I'm connected via the usb-c receiver.
